As part of a regional project funded by the FAO, the primary objective was the disposal of approximately 360 tons of obsolete pesticides from a storage site in Pascani, Criuleni District, Moldova.

Our responsibilities

Import of all necessary equipment and site preparation
Sampling
Development of an Environmental, Health, and Safety Protection Plan
Training local specialists in area mapping, PPE usage, and hazardous waste handling
Waste securing and transportation
Solidification and stabilization of contaminated soil
Organization of export documentation under the Basel Convention provisions
Waste transportation under ADR rules to the incineration facility
Final hazardous waste disposal at the incineration plant in Poland
Public awareness campaign
