Retention basins and water bodies
We design and implement various solutions for managing surface and rainwater in urban infrastructure, agricultural and industrial areas, as well as in nature reserves. We collaborate with municipalities, companies, and private investors.
Conducting surveys
Before project preparation or implementation, we carry out surveys with our equipment. These include, for example, geological and hydrogeological surveys, drilling works, infiltration tests, and yield tests.
Turnkey solutions
We take care of everything – from project preparation, documentation, and legalization to obtaining permits, implementation, earthworks, installation of all technical equipment, and author supervision.
Assistance with grants
We will advise you on the current options for obtaining financial support from the government or other programs and help prepare all the necessary documentation for submitting an application.
An aesthetic feature and biodiversity support
We construct retention reservoirs for surface and rainwater for various purposes. These can serve as recreational spaces or as ecosystem support, providing habitats for plants and animals, thereby contributing to biodiversity.

We construct tanks of various types and functions
Small water reservoir
An artificial water reservoir designed to capture and retain surface water, groundwater, or rainwater, with the aim of controlling runoff and fulfilling additional functions. It is a multifunctional solution that combines landscape, aesthetic, technical, and recreational purposes. A small water reservoir also provides a habitat for aquatic plants and animals.
Pond
A specific type of non-drainable small water reservoir designed to capture and retain surfacewater, groundwater, and rainwater. Its natural appearance blends seamlessly into the landscape, often featuring an irregular shape. It combines landscape and aesthetic functions while creating a natural habitat for aquatic plants and animals.
Rain garden
A special flowerbed that is not only a decorative element but also functions as a retention or infiltration structure for rainwater. It is a shallow depression planted with vegetation adapted to the specific conditions of intermittent flooding.
Swale
A shallow, often linear depression or ditch created in the landscape or as part of infrastructure projects. Its primary function is to infiltrate water from drained areas, helping prevent erosion, flooding, and other water-related damages. It can vary in size and shape depending on the needs and terrain conditions.
Prefabricated tank
It can be made of plastic or reinforced concrete and serves both storage and retention functions. It is used to store rainwater, sewage, greywater, or wastewater from facilities and laboratories. A prefabricated concrete tank is delivered directly from production to the construction site and it is installed. The plastic version features a sandwich construction – the plastic acts as lost formwork with reinforcement and is filled with concrete on-site during construction.
Infiltration gallery
A plastic infiltration gallery with sufficient retention capacity and an infiltration function.
How we work
Feasibility study
We outline a suitable solution (type and size of the water body) or help define your concept and develop several options, including economic assessment and determining the investment payback period.
Project documentation
We will prepare documentation at the required level according to applicable legislation and handle the permitting process. We also offer water reservoir documentation services and assist with the pond's legalization.
Implementation and author supervision
If you already have your own project, we will handle all construction works – drilling, earthworks, and building. We construct the reservoir by combining earthworks (flooded area, dam) and building individual structures (sluice gate, discharge pipes, stairs, safety overflow, discharge channel, and more).
Upon request, we can install devices to maintain clean water in the reservoir (e.g., filtration fields) and structures for easier access to the water. We also provide project designer supervision to ensure the implementation aligns with the design.
