Waste treatment technologies

Indirect thermal desorption

The equipment heats contaminated materials to evaporate impurities and harmful substances, which are then captured and processed. It is used in the decontamination of soils and waste, which can then be safely and environmentally reused or disposed of.

Soil washing

This equipment removes and reduces the concentration of pollutants from contaminated soil or solid waste by washing them out. This process minimizes the environmental impact of waste and ensures safer and more efficient use of raw materials.

Stabilization/Solidification

The equipment mixes contaminated materials with binders, creating a solid mass that prevents the release of hazardous substances. This process reduces environmental risks and facilitates the safe storage or disposal of toxic waste.

Disc Pelletizer

The equipment transforms fine dust particles into solid pellets or granules, which are easier to store and transport. This process reduces waste volume, minimizes the risk of air pollution, and improves the working environment. Depending on the processed material, the pellets can be used as fuel or raw material, enhancing sustainability and reducing the environmental footprint.

Conversion of waste into alternative fuel

The equipment converts various types of waste materials into energy-rich fuel that can replace fossil fuels. This process reduces the amount of waste sent to landfills and contributes to sustainable resource use and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.

Extraction, separation, and processing of oil sludge

The equipment effectively removes and processes oil sludge, separating oil from other components and enabling its reuse. This process increases the efficiency of oil resource utilization while minimizing the environmental impact associated with oil waste disposal.

How the order process works

Each order is different, but to give you an idea, here is an approximate procedure.

After receiving your inquiry, we will contact you within 24 hours to gather detailed information and specifications for your request (what type of waste you will be processing, how the material should look after processing, and other details). We will either arrange a meeting or discuss everything over the phone.

2. Price offer

Based on all the available information, we will prepare and send you a price estimate.

3. Manufacturing

If you decide to place the order, we will begin with the design, testing, and production of your equipment.

4. Delivery

On an agreed-upon date, we will deliver the equipment to you. We will not only arrange transportation but also handle any necessary installation and provide you with training on the operation and handling of your new equipment.
