We provide rental and operation of equipment for processing various types of waste directly at the location where it occurs. This includes soils, mixed demolition and construction waste, rubble, gravel (e.g., railway ballast), sludge, dust and other.

Stabilization and solidification equipment

Hazard reduction

We perform biotechnological processing of solid and liquid waste. We also process sludge which contains petroleum substances or which is contaminated with heavy metals. We can even tackle venting of waste with volatile organic compounds.

Change of consistency

We handle materials with unsuitable mechanical/physical properties that prevent further processing or handling.
This includes, for example, the stabilization of sludge to make it easier to handle and transport to a landfill.

Preparation for new use

We reprocess waste into reusable raw materials.
This includes activities such as sorting and crushing construction waste, washing gravel, or converting high-calorific waste into alternative fuel.

Waste disposal

If the processed material results in waste that can no longer be utilized and must be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner, we will, upon agreement, arrange its safe transport and placement in an approved landfill.

What we offer

One-time or long-term rental

We offer solutions for both long-term waste processing, such as waste generated during production processes, and one-time events, such as waste produced during remediation, construction, or demolition projects.

Full operation or training

We deliver the equipment to the site and either operate it fully or train your staff while providing ongoing technical and methodological support.
This is particularly advantageous for long-term rentals.

Stabilization and solidification equipment

A physico-chemical method for waste treatment aimed at preparing it for landfill disposal. Large-capacity mobile equipment mixes and homogenizes waste with suitable additives.

Homogenizer

Small mobile equipment for testing purposes. It mixes and homogenizes dusty, pasty, and bulk wastes with powdered or liquid additives.

Disc pelletizer

Produces pellets from fine-grained waste material. It can also be used in the manufacturing sector, such as in agriculture and the pharmaceutical industry, to create pellets from fine dust materials.

Soil washing equipment

Removes contaminants from soil using the principles of mechanical friction, water baths, and cleaning additives.
